Member pricing, lab access and first sight of everything new

For clients who have moved past buying a product at a time. Membership gives you member pricing all year, a standing invitation into the lab, and an annual consultation with the person who formulates the line. It is the closest thing we offer to working with us directly.

What the membership includes

• 25 percent off all products, all year: member pricing applies in store and online. It cannot be combined with seasonal promotions or limited time offers.
• Private spa and lab access: priority booking, plus invitations to in lab treatment previews, advanced facial rituals and founder led ingredient workshops.
• Early access to new launches: new serums and limited editions go to members first, with pre orders before public release.
• An annual one to one consultation: your skin is reviewed by the founder or a senior aesthetician and your regimen adjusted to where your skin is now, not where it was a year ago.
• Private events: by invitation gatherings and educational evenings hosted by Clara Song, PhD, founder and formulator.
• Annual renewal: membership stays active with any purchase of $1,000 or more in the year.

How to join

1. Begin with a Ritual Plan of $2,500 or more, a skincare program built around your own skin goals.
2. Membership activates automatically once you are enrolled.
3. It renews each year with any purchase of $1,000 or more. Member pricing cannot be combined with seasonal promotions.
