All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with tracking details.

Special Notice for Luminous Orders:
Our Luminous serum is made-to-order to ensure the highest efficacy. The key active ingredient, Alpha Arbutin, is most potent when freshly formulated, and we take great care to preserve its full benefits. Each batch of Luminous is prepared and shipped only after your order is placed, ensuring you receive the freshest, most effective serum.

Upon placing your order, you will be provided with a detailed shipping schedule so you’ll know exactly when to expect your serum. This thoughtful approach guarantees that your skincare routine benefits from the peak potency of every ingredient.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited services, to suit your needs.

Free Standard Shipping:
COMPLETE ELIXIR offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150. If you choose expedited shipping, additional charges will apply regardless of order total.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory reasons or ingredient restrictions in some regions. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations, you will be notified promptly.

Shipping Delays

We strive to meet the expected delivery times, but unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, holiday closures, or carrier issues may cause delays. If there are significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
COMPLETE ELIXIR is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such as shipping information. If the package is returned to our distribution center, following the full return process, a refund will be issued.

Lost or Damaged Packages
