COMPLETE ELIXIR products are cosmetics made in our laboratory in Surrey, British Columbia. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Read the full ingredient list before use, patch test new products, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical treatment, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new product.

We show product colours, textures and packaging as accurately as we can, but your screen may not match the product exactly. Some products are made in small batches and may be limited in quantity.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel or correct an order if a price, description or availability error is found, in which case any payment will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy.

Consultations and treatments at our South Surrey studio are esthetic services. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace care from a physician or dermatologist.

Every treatment begins with an assessment of your skin. You agree to share accurate, complete information about your skin, health history, medications and recent treatments, because it affects which treatment is appropriate. We may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not suitable for you, and we may recommend that you see a healthcare professional first.

Treatment-specific information and consent are provided and signed in the studio before a treatment is performed. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Academy and professional access is personal to the approved account holder and may not be shared, transferred or resold. Training content, protocols and materials may not be copied, recorded, published or redistributed without our written permission.

Academy content is education for skin professionals. Professionals remain responsible for working within their own scope of practice, training and local regulations. We may suspend access that is shared or misused.

Wholesale and distribution terms are set out in your professional account or agreement.

The Skin Journal, resource centres and other articles on this site are for general education. They are not medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat a condition. Seek qualified medical care for persistent, painful, spreading or severe skin symptoms.

If you post a review or send us comments, you confirm the content is your own honest experience, and you allow us to use, display and share it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or inappropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

You agree to indemnify COMPLETE ELIXIR against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, our products or Academy materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the place where you live gives you a right to bring a claim there.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. We may update these terms by posting a new version here, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
