Wholesale and distribution

Carry a line you can defend

Complete Elixir is a Canadian professional skincare brand with a global market. We supply spas, med spas, skin clinics and distribution partners in Canada, the United States and South Korea, while continuing to expand internationally. Professional back bar formats are supported by matching retail sizes, allowing partners to connect treatment-room use with consistent home care.

Your staff will be asked what is in the formula, why it works, and how to use it around professional treatments. Every Complete Elixir formula is written, compounded and filled by Clara Song, PhD, in our Surrey laboratory, so the answers come directly from the formulator.

As high-energy treatments become more common and clients arrive with increasingly stressed, dehydrated or compromised skin, Complete Elixir is designed to support both efficacy and skin tolerance.

What happens when you send the form: we reply within one business day, learn about your treatment menu, and recommend products for evaluation. No minimum order is required to start.

What you would be buying from

A small house, and that is the point

01

Our own laboratory

Formulated, compounded, filled and lot numbered in Surrey, British Columbia. Nothing is handed to a contract manufacturer.

02

One formulator

Clara Song, PhD, writes every formula and trains every partner team herself. You are not routed through a rep.

03

Back bar and retail

Professional sizes for the treatment room and matching retail sizes for the shelf, so the room and the counter agree.

04

Training included

Written protocols, taught to your staff before the first client sees the line. Not a product demonstration.

Who we partner with

Where the line belongs

Spas and med spas

Back bar sizes for treatment, retail sizes for home care, and a protocol your team can repeat without drift.

Skin clinics

Formulas built for reactive, barrier compromised and post treatment skin, where the wrong product undoes the procedure.

Esthetics schools

Student clinic supply, guest modules, and access to the Complete Elixir Academy curriculum for instructors.

Distributors and private label

Territory conversations and custom formulation work, handled directly with the formulator rather than through a factory.

What partners get

More than a price list

The room and the shelf match

What you use in the treatment is what the client takes home, which is the single easiest retail conversation there is.

Your team is trained

How the formulas behave, how to sequence them for reactive and post treatment cases, and what to say at the counter.

A direct line to the formulator

An ingredient question, a difficult client case, a reaction you need to understand. You are talking to the person who wrote the formula.

Continuing education

Partner teams get access to Complete Elixir Academy, including problem skin modules with certification.

The questions partners actually ask

Short answers below. Click any of them for the longer version, and ask anything that is still open in the form.

Do I have to carry the whole line?

No. Most accounts open narrow.

The longer answer Close

We would rather open you with a short range that sells through than a full catalogue that sits on a shelf and ties up your money. During the enquiry we look at your treatment menu and work out which part of the line your clients would actually finish.

The range can widen once you know what moves in your room.

What is the opening order?

Set during the enquiry, against the range that fits you.

The longer answer Close

There is no published number, because a two room spa and a six room clinic are not the same order. It is agreed in writing before anything ships, along with wholesale pricing and account terms.

There is no minimum to start a conversation or to receive samples.

What do I make on it?

Wholesale pricing and the retail structure are sent on qualification.

The longer answer Close

We do not publish wholesale pricing, for the same reason most professional houses do not: it ends up in front of your retail clients. Ask for it in your enquiry and it comes back in the first reply, with the recommended retail structure alongside it so you can work the numbers properly.

Is a territory protected?

Case by case, and we will tell you what is already committed near you.

The longer answer Close

It depends on the density of professional accounts in your area. Raise it in the enquiry and you will get an honest answer about what is already placed nearby, rather than a promise that quietly stops being true a year later.

Can I sell it on my own website?

Partner websites are discussed case by case. Marketplaces are not permitted.

The longer answer Close

Third party marketplace listings are not permitted, because we cannot control how the product is stored, priced or described there, and a heat damaged serum with a stranger's description attached is a problem for every partner at once.

A partner owned website with your own name on it is a different conversation, and one we are happy to have.

My team has never used anything like this.

That is what the training is for, and it happens before launch.

The longer answer Close

Protocol training covers how the formulas behave, how to sequence them for reactive and post treatment skin, and how to have the retail conversation without overselling. It is written down, so a new hire six months later gets the same version.

Partner teams also have access to Complete Elixir Academy for the deeper clinical modules.

How it works

From first email to first client

  1. Send the enquiry

Your business, where you are, and what you treat most. Two minutes. You get a reply within one business day.

  2. A conversation, not a pitch

We look at your treatment menu and your client base together and work out which part of the line actually fits. Often the answer is a narrow opening range.

  3. Samples on real skin

You try the products before you commit to anything. Wholesale pricing, opening order and account terms are confirmed in writing at this stage.

  4. Training before launch

Your team is trained on the protocol and the retail conversation before the first client sees the line.

  5. Ongoing support

Reordering, new releases, seasonal protocol notes and continuing education. We are a small house, so you keep the same contact.

Partner enquiry

Tell us about your business

The more you tell us about your treatment menu and your clients, the more useful the first reply will be. Ask for wholesale pricing here and it comes back with that reply.

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Your details are used to answer this enquiry and are not passed to anyone else. Sending this does not commit you to anything.
