Every COMPLETE ELIXIR formula is made in small batches in our South Surrey, British Columbia laboratory and shipped from there. This page explains when your order leaves us, what shipping costs and how long it takes to reach you.

Our products are made in small, demand-driven batches so that what you receive is fresh. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking details where the service includes tracking.
Our Luminous serum is prepared after your order is placed, because its key active, alpha arbutin, is best used freshly formulated. When you order Luminous, we will tell you when to expect it to ship.

Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days and Express 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and vary by location and carrier.

Our products are made in Canada. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Severe weather, holiday closures or carrier issues can delay delivery. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and we cannot change shipping details once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us, a refund is issued once it arrives back, following our returns process.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@completeelixir.com within 7 days of the delivery date, with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
