• Orders and accounts: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order history and account login details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
• Consultation bookings: when you book through our calendar, your name, contact details, chosen time and anything you write in the booking form. Our public booking page does not ask for detailed health information or photographs.
• Consultations and treatments: the skin concerns, relevant history and treatment notes you share with us in person, which we keep in your client record to plan and deliver your care safely.
• Academy and professional accounts: your name, contact details and the professional information you provide so we can review access and manage your enrolment.
• Newsletter: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Messages and reviews: what you send us by email, and any product review you choose to publish.

When you use our site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and how you interact with the site and our emails. This keeps the store working, remembers your cart and preferences, helps us understand how the site is used and, where applicable, shows you our advertising on other sites.

Information you share about your skin in a consultation or treatment is used only for your care. It is not used for marketing.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for the purposes above. They include:

• Shopify, which hosts our store, and our payment processors.
• Shipping carriers, such as Canada Post, to deliver your order.
• Google, whose calendar service manages consultation bookings and whose Workspace account securely stores signed client consent forms.
• Klaviyo, for our newsletter and email communications.
• Judge.me, for product reviews.
• AdRoll and similar advertising partners, to show our advertising on other sites.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Our service providers may store and process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be accessible to authorities in that country under its laws. We choose providers that protect personal information with safeguards comparable to those required in Canada.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet tax, accounting and professional record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards, and access to client records is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information to us by ordinary email.

• Access: ask what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used.
• Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdrawing consent: withdraw consent to marketing at any time, or to other uses subject to legal and contractual limits. We will explain any effect on the services we can provide.
• Deletion: ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

If you live outside Canada, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or certain US states, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to your request within the time required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity first.

Our store and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. A parent or guardian who believes a child has given us personal information can contact us to have it deleted.

Our site links to other sites, such as research databases and social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
