Vertically integrated brand for complicated skin enters the Los Angeles professional channel with 28 SKUs

The distributor supplies spas and esthetic clinics across the Los Angeles area with the company's full line of 28 products. The relationship began in October 2025 as informal supply and has been formalized eleven months later, now that U.S. regulatory work is complete.

Complete Elixir completed MoCRA facility registration and product listing for 28 SKUs in May 2026, registering its Canadian production facility and serving as its own U.S. Responsible Person through a Washington State entity rather than appointing a third-party agent.

The company positions itself in the complicated-skin segment - acne-prone, sensitive and barrier-compromised skin - and goes to market through professional education for estheticians rather than retail-first marketing. It manufactures in batches capped at 100 litres, run across multiple cycles, on the argument that large-batch processing degrades clinical actives.

Los Angeles is dry and the UV load is high, so you see a lot of sensitive, reactive skin there. That is exactly the skin this line was built for. It was not a market-size decision - it was a skin-type decision.
