Products made on Croydon Drive now supply Los Angeles spas and esthetic clinics

The distributor supplies spas and esthetic clinics in the Los Angeles area with Complete Elixir's full line of 28 products, all manufactured at the company's own facility on Croydon Drive in Surrey.

The appointment follows the company's completion of U.S. regulatory requirements under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) in May 2026, including facility registration and product listing for 28 SKUs. Complete Elixir acts as its own U.S. Responsible Person rather than using a third-party agent.

Founder Clara Song began formulation research in a garage in 2020 and incorporated Complete Elixir Skincare Inc. in June 2024. The company is also expanding into Korea, China and Israel.

Los Angeles is dry and the UV load is high, so you see a lot of sensitive, reactive skin there. That is exactly the skin this line was built for. It was not a market-size decision - it was a skin-type decision.
